We meet with you to get to know you, tour the space, and understand your goals. We discuss ideas, needs, personal style, and the type of investment you're considering.
During this 45- to 60-minute visit, we assess the current condition of the property and take important notes to propose realistic and functional solutions.

Cost of initial consultation:

• $200.00 – Metropolitan Area

• $275.00 – Rural or Distant Area

• This amount includes the in-person visit, a strategic conversation about the space, and our initial general ideas to get you started with clarity.

• We then coordinate a follow-up virtual meeting, where we present you with an initial proposal with simple visual ideas so you can visualize our vision for your space. This proposal also includes rough estimates for design and/or remodeling services, allowing you to get a realistic idea of potential project costs before making any decisions.

If our vision aligns with yours, we formalize the services through a design agreement, and we begin working on the development of your space.

At this stage:

• Detailed measurements of the space are taken.

• We created a proposed spatial plan with elevations suggested by ZOA, which maximizes the potential of the site, taking into account both aesthetics and functionality according to your needs.

• An initial selection of materials is made and visual proposals are prepared with ideas for distribution and style.
  

All of this is presented in an in-person meeting, where we also provide you with a more formal quote to give you a clearer idea of the investment range required to carry out the project.

This meeting is key because it allows us to receive feedback, make adjustments (which is completely normal in this process), and align our vision with yours . Additionally, during this phase, we also coordinate visits to suppliers so you can explore firsthand the product and finish options available on the market.

We organize all the information necessary to execute the project in a clear and structured manner: materials, equipment, space adjustments, and specific solutions for you.

Once our ideas are aligned with you, we move on to fine-tuning all the details of the design .

At this stage:

• The final materials and finishes are selected.

• Visual renderings are developed to help you visualize what the space will look like once completed.

• Special attention is paid to detail in the layout, finishes, and custom components.
  

This is the most thorough phase of the process, as we strive to achieve a functional, aesthetic design tailored to your needs.

At the end, we coordinate a face-to-face meeting (approx. 2 hours) where we present to you:

• The final design proposal in physical form (printed).

• Detailed quotes for materials and labor , so you have complete clarity on the investment cost.

Once the design and budget are approved, work begins. Our team executes the project with professionalism, care, and constant supervision.

During this phase:

• We coordinate the different professionals involved.

• We send you weekly updates on progress.

• We pay attention to the details with precision to ensure the quality of the final result.
  

We have complete teams to carry out the remodeling from start to finish, including:

• Bricklayers

• Carpenters

• Loseros

• Plumbers

• Electricians

• Cabinetmakers

• And other specialists, depending on the nature of the project
  

The entire process is directly overseen by the ZOA team, ensuring quality, compliance, and a hassle-free experience for you.

Important:
If you decide to hire us to carry out the project, the cost of the design will be credited to the total cost of the remodel.

Once the work is completed, we perform a thorough cleaning and install decorative elements, if applicable.

Then:

• We coordinate a final walkthrough with you to verify that everything is as you expect.

• We take care of any minor adjustments needed.

• We deliver your transformed space, ready to be lived in and enjoyed.
